Slim Body… from the Morning !!!
Νο.1 trick: EVERYTHING IN THE SUN!!!
Our day starts with first sun rays, something we should make a habit! Our first move in the morning is to open the windows to let the first touch of the sun enter our home.
NOTE: According to studies of North-Western University, the persons who are coming to contact with the sun tend to have a smaller BMI (Body Mass Index) from those who avoid the sun. In fact, more specifically, the BMI is affected by our exposure to the sun by a percentage of about 20% (not negligible at all). About half an hour in the sun is extremely beneficial for many health factors !!!
Νο.2 trick: MORNING WALK!
A morning walk not only is good for our body but for our spirit and psychology as well!! So if this is possible we walk to our work (we do not use a car), or even we can use the bus and as much walk is required to arrive at work!
NOTE: Scientific studies reveal that the persons going to work using alternative ways (except the car or a motorbike), tend to have a lower body weight by about 3 to 4 kilos! (is it really worth?) !!!

According to top dieticians, the good breakfast is a key for a strong organism, a “sharp” brain and a slim and well shaped body.
NOTE: A breakfast rich in proteins may help you to lose weight, since suppresses your appetite. A person consuming a protein breakfast may have up to 175 calories less calories during the day.
Νο.4 trick: MORNING PLEASANT EXERCISE!
Find a type of training that really gives you satisfaction, gives you a better mood, making you feel healthy, strong, powerful and full of energy and dedicate even just 30 minutes only every morning on it!
NOTE: Women especially, when they are training in the morning tend to show a significantly smaller wish for an unstable and useless snacking during the day.. that is, less calories per day (without even a diet)
Νο.5 trick: MORNING MEDITATION
Sit on the floor taking the lotus position and concentrate for a while on your breathing! Remove any other thought and listen to your breath as it fills your lungs and then how it empties them. Meditation helps the person to control itself in a better way, so resulting to avoid snacking due to stress, sadness, or anxiety!
